The Port of Palm Beach District Board of Commissioners is accepting resumes depicting work history and educational background and letters of interest summarizing why and how the individual is qualified to fill the Commissioner Group 2 vacant seat.
The selected candidate will serve as an appointed commissioner on the board until the term expires in January 2025.
In accordance with Port Charter Article V. Section 6, any vacancy occurring on the board shall be filled by the other commissioners appointing a person to hold such office for the unexpired term. To be eligible for appointment to the board, candidates must provide proof of residency within the geographic boundaries of the Port of Palm Beach District.
To be considered for appointment, interested candidates must submit a resume and letter of interest on or before 5:00 P.M. (ET) on November 16, 2022.
