Due to (COVID-19) and Federal, State and Palm Beach County’s Declarations of State of Emergency, the Port of Palm Beach may conduct meetings utilizing communications media technology. The Port will be using the platform GoToMeeting. This will allow the Port District to have Regular Board of Commissioners meetings as necessary, during the COVID- 19 pandemic.
Please note: Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order Number 20-69 suspended the requirement of a quorum to be present in person or requires a local government body to meet at a specific public place. The Executive Order also allows local government bodies to utilize communications media technology, such as telephonic and video conferencing for local government body meetings.

In response to COVID-19, the Port of Palm Beach District Board of Commissioners and port staff will be meeting virtually using GoToMeeting.
The public is welcome to attend the virtual meeting in-person at our Board Conference room on the 6th floor of the Maritime Office Complex at One East 11th Street, Riviera Beach, FL. at 5 PM.
The necessary electronic equipment and camera will be at the podium in the board room so members of the public can watch and participate during the session. Please make sure to wear a face covering and practice social distancing while on port property.

Mail-in and online comments must be submitted by 4 PM on Thursday, July 16th.
