The Port of Palm Beach District (Port) is advertising an Invitation to Bid from qualified and experienced firms to provide improvements to the Mullin’s property.
The project consists of clearing, grubbing, excavating the existing site, demolition of building, construction of new drainage systems, grading, building site walls, laying asphalt pavement section, stripping, and fencing at the Mullin’s Property at the Port of Palm Beach District, Riviera Beach, Florida.
Electronic procurement documents will be available on DemandStar (www.demandstar.com) on Friday, February 9, 2024 @ 5:00 P.M. EST. Interested firms should obtain a copy of the procurement documents directly from DemandStar.
The Port will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on Wednesday, February 13, 2024, at 2 P.M. EST at One East 11th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, 6th Floor.
Electronic submittals are due on Monday, March 4, 2024, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST. Interested firms are required to submit a completed electronic response via DemandStar.
The Port shall use its best efforts to ensure that Minority/Women Businesses Enterprises have an equitable opportunity to participate in the Port’s procurement process. The Board has set a voluntary goal of 12% M/WBE participation in Port business. In order to qualify as a Minority/Woman Business Enterprise, the firm must be certified by any certifying governmental entity in Palm Beach County.
