The Port is seeking sealed bids for the sale of surplus property.

Sealed will be received by the Seller until 2:00 PM (local time), on June 27, 2023 at One East 11th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, 6 th floor – Reception Desk. Bids received after this date/time will not be accepted. 

Preview of Property will occur on June 14, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Interested parties must contact Lawrence Kelly, Facilities Foreman at by 2:00 PM June 13, 2023 to confirm their attendance time. 

The Property shall be sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis and Bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with removal of Property by the time indicated in Bid document. Seller provides no guarantee as to the condition of the Property. Seller reserves the right to bid on the Property, and Seller reserves the right to refuse any or all Bids. The Bidder agrees that the Bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period ending thirty (30) days thereafter, or the execution of a purchase and sale agreement between the successful Bidder and the Seller. Seller reserves the right to waive any technicalities/irregularities. Seller further reserves the right to award a sale to that Bidder whose submittal best serves the interest of the Seller, in the sole discretion of the Seller.
