This solicitation is to approve a group of Design Build teams to provide proposals on the Port Infrastructure Development Program. The deadline for actual receipt of Proposals is February 2, 2023 at 3:00 PM. No Proposals will be accepted after that day and time. 3.7. Email delivery is not acceptable. The time/date stamp located at the District's Reception Area on the 6th Floor of the Maritime Office Complex will be the official authority for determining late proposals.
